Renewable Energy Research and Development Center (RERDEC) is established under the auspices of Water Foundation in İstanbul, Turkey. The organs of the center include the Director, the Scientific Council and the Directive Council.

     The objectives and tasks of the center can be summarized below;

     Collection, analysis and dissemination of information related to renewable energies.
     Organization of conferences, symposiums, national and international seminars, advanced courses and graduate cources related to the activities of the center.
     Organization of research programmes in collaboration with scientific, national and international.
